Package Planning

I have been thinking about how to ship all my boards in the mail.

The boards almost ship themselves, because they fold in a way that
most components can be placed inside the frame, which folds closed and
is protected on the outside by its leather.  But 5 tiles, 5 pips and
the ports won’t fit inside.

I laser cut a scrap piece of cardboard with spaces for the remaining
components, and a little protruding “bump” to create a friction fit.
It works great, however there is some soot along the cut edge of the
cardboard that I don’t want getting my pieces dirty.
