Looking through some examples of decorative art from the last century, I got inspired to try my hand at some flourishes to perhaps use to enhance the borders of the board and ports.  When I started working at this level of detail though, I got a lot of breakage.  My new rule of thumb is that any line must be at least .3mm wide and any contiguous shape must completely enclose a 1mm x 1mm square.
