Procedural Art


The board was going to have a lot of whitespace. I thought that I could fill it up with some art, but I know from my experience making video games that art is a huge time sink. Besides, lately I'd been really interested in computer-generated and procedural art, so maybe it was time to try my hand at it.

These images were generated by a Python program that colored each hexagon based on its distance away from a central point.
